Most calls before 11 AM get a same-day appointment in Las Vegas and Henderson. Summerlin, Paradise, Spring Valley, North Las Vegas, and Enterprise are typically within an hour of dispatch. Boulder City and outlying areas may run later in the afternoon depending on routing. If we can't reach you the same day, you get a written appointment window — not a maybe.

Residential Appliance Repair

For homes in Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas, we repair the full kitchen and laundry lineup: refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers, and wine coolers. Single-family houses, condos, apartments, and short-term rentals are all covered. The diagnostic, the written estimate, and the parts-and-labor warranty are identical regardless of property type.

Commercial Refrigeration and Ice Maker Repair

For restaurants, hotels, cafes, bars, convenience stores, and short-term rental operators, we repair commercial refrigerators and commercial ice makers — the two appliances where downtime directly costs you revenue. A walk-in fridge failing before a Friday service or an ice maker dying mid-shift gets scheduling priority.

We don't service commercial ovens, dishwashers, or laundry equipment — those need specialty technicians, and we'd rather refer you than do them badly.

• Hard water — Las Vegas has some of the hardest municipal water in the country. It scales heating elements in dishwashers, calcifies fill tubes in ice makers, and clogs solenoid valves on washers and refrigerator water lines.
• Desert heat — Garages, attics, and laundry rooms hitting 110°F in summer push compressors and dryer thermal fuses past tolerance. Condenser coils clog faster from dust pulled in off the valley.

Our trucks carry the parts these failures need — heating elements, inlet valves, thermal fuses, solenoids, evaporator fans — so most repairs finish on the first visit instead of waiting on parts.

Written Pricing, No Surprises

Before any work starts, you get a written estimate listing the failed part, the labor cost, and the warranty length on the job. That estimate is the price you pay. If we find a second issue once the unit is open, we stop and show you before doing anything further.

The diagnostic fee ($89–$120 depending on appliance type) is waived when you approve the repair on the same visit. If you don't approve, you pay the diagnostic and we leave. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
